EIC Industries recovers and cleans mechanical components from digital printing presses. These can range simple components to more sophisticated assemblies such as ink stations. Typically, EIC Industries will take apart these assemblies down to individual parts. The individual parts are cleaned and inspected for any imperfections. Parts that pass inspection are packaged and sent back the client. If desired, we can reassemble the individual parts to it's component assembly and test it for proper operation. wire harnesses and replace any defective wires and connectors.
We also clean and rebuild many types of mechanical assemblies that are typically used in office automation systems and large digital printers. These can be as simple as filter screens to gear driven rollers and ink supply fountains. EIC technicians disassemble component assemblies, clean all parts, check tolerances and replace defective or out of tolerance parts.
